November Was a Fab Month!
This is a Review & Reflection post where I take a look at what I got done over the past month. I want life to be a balance of creating an online business while enjoying the good things with family and friends.
This is what I am striving for. I hope that this post will help to inspire others who are looking for the same thing too.
Highlights for November
This month was a great month. I got to see two theatres shows – Miss Saigon and Jack & The Beanstalk – with my sister, Pamela (top centre pic) and great friends.
I also won a ticket to attend a 2 day business seminar at the Millenium Gloucester Hotel, London. It was called The Success Experience, hosted by Success Mentor Alexandra Watson (bottom centre pic) It was lovely to mix with like minded female entrepreneurs who are just starting out with their different businesses.
I also purchased a course run by Rachael Taplin (bottom right pic), that I hope will propel my own business in 2015. More on that in a future post.

My Income Report for November
I am striving to earn $1,000 for the month of December. I have broken down this goal into chunks that increase each month. November’s target was to earn $840. Let’s take a look at how I did.
Earnings from The PLR Boutique = $191 Last month = $152
Earnings from Recommending Other PLR & Products =$378.45 = Last month = $220.75
Earnings from Amazon Affiliate Programme = $131.88 Last month = $994.72
Earnings from Amazon Kindle Book Sales = $30 Last month = $22.90
Earnings from Miscellaneous links* = $154.68
*Miscellaneous Links = Adsense, Hubpages, random blogger blogs
Total Earnings for November 2014 = $886.01
Last month = $1550.96
Well I am happy to report that I hit and surpassed my target. I am glad I didn’t get carried away with last month’s earning. I knew that it would be difficult to make the same amount from Amazon without the Halloween sales.
The figures for each of the elements have risen which is brilliant. This means that if I continue to work at this rate, each area should continue to increase month on month.
I didn’t do as much promotional work on my info-product as I would have liked. Although I did write a blog post and add a link to my sidebar widget so that the sales page can be found.
I am happy that I got my PLR Sales up for my Gift PLR articles. I now need to work on adding more content to my site and using more professional images for the sales page, which I think will really help with promotion.
I didn’t add as many new blog posts to my affiliate sites as I would have liked. I managed to add about 10 new posts over three different blogs. Not exactly 30 but better than nothing. And a few of those posts led to Amazon sales, which is great.
Things I Will Do in December
#1 – I Will Write 20 New Articles for My PLR Site
I want to add new content to my article site and hope to be able to continue with the routine of adding at least 20 new articles. Some of these might actually be used as a free promo offer in order to build up my subscriber list.
#2 – I Will Work on a New Product Funnel
I recently purchased the BC Stack Offering from Blogging Concentrated. Oh my goodness, there is so much good stuff here and I got it all for just $27. There is so much content, I still haven’t gotten around to downloading it all yet.
I have started work on one of the products by Jo Barnes. I will write up a case study about this in due course but I am enjoying what I am learning so far.
#3 – I Will Work on a Schedule for 2015
In order to reach your goals, you have to know what you want to achieve. I want to use this month to seriously think about what it is that I want to do . What type of business do I really want? What type of writing do I want to do? Do I want to branch out into different areas? And what sort of work – life balance am I after.
Thinking about the year ahead is a very exciting prospect. I am so happy with what I have achieved so far. If I put a little extra planning in place, who knows what I could achieve. Wish me luck 🙂
