My March Highlights – Happy Holidays

Looking back at my highlights for March, it seems that the beginning of the month was a fairly quiet month for me. I did quite a few bits and pieces for my fiction writing, which was good. The end of the month was spent enjoying a stress-free holiday in the middle of no-where, doing absolutely nothing. It certainly helped me recharge my batteries.

Next week’s post will look at my fiction writing business achievements. This post includes the fun stuff I got up to during March.

My March Highlights

My March Highlights

These are the things that brought me joy in March 2017:

  • I watched Hidden Figures with my mum and my sister
  • At the theatre I watched Moliere’s comedy The Miser
  • At the theatre I watched the musical Bubbly Black Girl
  • I went on holiday to Spain and France
  • I purchased Ed Sheeran’s Album, Divide – This album inspired this post
  • I purchased the book Get Rich Lucky Bitch by Denise Duffield-Thomas

I read the following books:

You are a Badass by Jen Sincero
Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert

Journalling or Journaling?

I am not sure which is right but I know that I wrote at least 100 words in my journal every day for the whole month, which I was pleased about because I even managed to make time to write while I was on holiday.

My Fun Plans for April

Now that I have returned from my relaxing holiday, I am not sure what fun stuff April has in store for me.

I know that I want to get stuck into Denise Duffield-Thomas’ book Get Rich, Lucky Bitch. She is a money mindset coach and the book is about how to release your money blocks so that you can live the life of your dreams. I think her strategies are based on the lessons from The Law of Attraction and she adds actionable tasks on how to get what you want from life.

Other than that, we shall see how things go.

That’s it for now – In next week’s post I will take a look at my online goals 🙂
