One Challenge Ends – A New Challenge Begins!

I Completed The 30 Day Blogging Challenge

Let The 30 Day Blogging Challenge (re) Commence!

Yesterday I completed my 30 Day Blog Posting Challenge and today I am starting another 30 Day Challenge! Am I mad, crazy, lazy, hazy, shady? You be the Judge – be kind 🙂

Well, I was so happy with the progress that I made. I got lots of posts published and I discovered a lot of fellow bloggers along the way. I thought that I would take the opportunity of the support from these groups to help me get even more done.

The Results of My September Blog Posting Challenge

30 Day Blog Posting ChallengeI created a blogging list to show where I posted each day.

This helped to keep me accountable and was an easy way for others to see the progress that was made.

As you will see, the links take you to various blogs that I was working on. It was nice to figure out a schedule so that each of my online properties got a little bit of love.

Stay tuned to find out how much I made with my Amazon affiliate sites.

This Month My Blogging Challenge Will Be Different

For the month of October, I will be focussing on building up content for just one site, this one.

Over the last month, I worked on several of my websites, adding posts to my personal blogs and adding articles to my Amazon affiliate websites. I have been very happy with the engagement that I have received on my personal blogs with lots of wonderful comments being left and posts being shared.

This month I want to see if I can reap the benefits of working on just one blog to see what the results will be. So expect to see 30 brand new posts here.

Actually there are 31 days in October but it doesn’t have that same ring does it? Oh well. 🙂

How I Plan To Stay Motivated – By Joining Blogging Groups

There are lots of ways that you can get motivation, support and even ideas for future blog posts. Do this by joining an active group. You can join a forum that is in your niche or you can find relevant groups on Facebook.

I am a member of 3 groups that are on Facebook. Here are the links where you can join too:

OK – I am A Glutton for Punishment!

As if that wasn’t challenging enough, I thought I would combine a video element to this affair. I will be making little videos to go with each post. Some will be made using my brand new toy, software programme Easy Sketch Pro and others will be me on camera. There may even be a few screen-share type things if I work out how to do those.

Want To See My First Attempt with Easy Sketch Pro?

As soon as I downloaded the software, I wanted to find out how easy or difficult it would be to use. I quickly scanned through the user guide, that was actually put together by someone who had purchased the product.

This is what I came up with in about 30 minutes.

YouTube Preview Image

Not too shabby, if I say so myself. I look forward to adding more videos with this software. I am sure there are still new things to discover.  I think that the more you make, the quicker you get at making them.  We shall see.

Would You Like To Try Easy Sketch Pro?

Easy Sketch ProThink about the type of business you are in? Is there a way that you could present information to your community via video? Is it something your children would have fun with – making their own stories come to life?

If the answer is yes and you would like to try your hand at making little videos then click on the link below for more details.

So The Challenge Begins (Again!)

I hope you enjoy the content that I create over the next 31 days. I am really excited – and a little bit scared. Wish me luck 🙂

Have Your Say: Have you taken part in a blogging challenge before? What did you think and what do you feel you gained from the experience? I would love for you to share your thoughts in the comments section below.

Glutton for punishment! I have ESP somewhere and the other one too VMFX – they’re lots of fun and easy to use – you’ll love playing.
I signed up to the UBC. No idea why, wasn’t planning it. Then thought, it’s the last 1/4 of the year, push woman push! Now the mad dash to start writing!
Good luck with your challenge and looking forward to seeing more here 🙂

30 new posts out there working for you now, that’s brilliant and soon you’ll have 31 more doing the same. I know you can do it! Really interested in the results of your amazon websites after halloween and Christmas that will be a nice amount for New Years sales.

Ash – The build up of the content from this site will be a great way to “get found” on the internet. Looking forward to those rewards.

Look out for my income review post – should be published tomorrow if I can get my act together. 🙂

Wow, Victoria going straight from one 30 day challenge into another? I wish you luck but I’m sure you’ll do great. I’m looking forward to reading your new posts and seeing your videos. I like the idea of ESP and may need to look into it – I think my husband would love it! 🙂

I want to do video daily too, but just little on-camera updates from a personal perspective. The only problem I have with that is how long it’s been taking to upload them!

I did get one posted for today though, even though i made it a couple days ago.

Hey Jen – I was having that problem too – slow upload. Then I saw an Icon on my computer that said Save as Youtube video and it is much quicker. Though the screen is now smaller. In future videos I have to look and making the images and sentences a little bigger so they are easier to read.

Look forward to seeing your vids 🙂

Hi Victoria! Your last blogging challenge inspired me to shoot for 1 post a day during October. I’m posting to a couple of different blogs – one’s my regular IM blog and one’s for toy reviews. I hope your challenge goes well for you! I’ll be following along and cheering you on this month. 🙂

Alexandria – I really enjoyed reading your posts from the last challenge and I look forward to this month’s content. You are even more of a glutton for punishment than I am with – how many blog posts per day? Wowzer! lol
Hey I know you can do it. Enjoy October 🙂

Great to see I’m not the only one who opted for a double dose of 30 day blogging! You’re much more organised than me though. Really like the posting schedule you did, that’s a great idea. I might put one in place to monitor what’s most effective for me. Good luck with your next 30 days!

Hi Jenny – yes, the Posting Schedule helped to have a clear picture of what I had achieved as the month progressed. It also provides a little backlinking love to those posts too.

I will be adding a new post for this months challenge for the same reason.

I look forward to getting to know you over the month of October. 🙂

Cynthia – Everyone is knuckling down for some hard work this month and that is great. Let’s see what we can all achieve.

Thank you so much for the compliment – a new video featuring moi should be on its way tomorrow. 🙂

    Awesome, Victoria!

I’m doing Jeff Goins’ 500 words a day challenge to get back in the habit. Hopefully, I’ll get back into other challenges in the near future.

And yes, you sold me on the Easy Sketch Pro. I need to learn how to use it, but I had fun just playing with it. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
