Freya was bored. She had all this spare time, but she didn’t know what to do with it. She looked over at her bookcase. It was filled with books she had yet to read.
She had recently received a shipment of books from her mother. It was a collection written by JD Robb. They were detective stories.
Freya decided to make it her mission to read the complete collection. There were currently 60 books in total. Some were complete novels, while others were short stories.
Yes, Freya thought. Reading something would while away the time until her husband returned.
She got up and went to make a cup of tea to enjoy with the first book in the collection.
