Orla needed to get away. She loved the freedom of spontaneous travel, always moving, never staying in one place for too long.
She craved sun, the warmth on her skin. Her finances were good—she had saved enough for a little adventure.
But where to go?
Her phone pinged, a Facebook alert. She clicked the link and smiled at the photo that appeared.
It was Josh, grinning on a beach. The message read, “Where better to be than Mexico?”
Orla stared at the photo. “Mexico?”
“Mexico,” she whispered, her excitement building. Maybe that’s exactly where she needed to be.
