Natalie – A Flash Fiction Story

Natalie wasn’t very good at art. She wasn’t very good at getting down on paper what she conjured up in her head. The illustrations she tried to design always looked a bit odd. She couldn’t even pass the work off as abstract or modern art. No, it all just looked a bit odd.

She did have one idea, though.

One image that was made up of words. It was a short and snappy quote-like thing. Done in basic colours—red and black.

It was simple and didn’t take more than 5 minutes to create.

Natalie uploaded the image as a sticker, and to her utter surprise, she made a sale 24 hours later.
