Uma was ecstatic. She was over the moon. At the beginning of the year, she had decided that she wanted to write short stories, fun little fiction stories, where boy meets girl and they fall in love.
She had set herself a target to write every day. She had determined that she would be capable of writing 500 words a day without feeling too pressured. And now, after 20 days, she succeeded.
She was grinning when she wrote the words,‘The End’ on the very last page. All she had to do was get it published.
But for now, she celebrated hitting her goal.
